Prep your nails
- Wash and dry your hands well.
- Push back the cuticles with the wooden stick.
- Buff the shine off with the file, then wipe each nail dry.
Tip Oil makes a press-on lift: skip hand cream until your nails are on.
Find your sizes
- Lay out the 30 nails, widest to narrowest.
- Hold one over each nail: it covers it side to side, without touching the skin.
- Line up your ten before you open the glue.

Glue or tabs
- Glue for the longest wear: a thin layer on your nail, a drop on the press-on.

Tip A thin layer of glue holds better than a big drop.
Press and hold
- Set it at the cuticle first, then lay it down to the tip.
- Press firmly for about 10 seconds, sides included.
- One hand, then the other.
Tip Start at a 45° angle from the cuticle: no air bubble, no lifting.
Wear them
- With glue, up to 3 weeks.
- Gloves on for the dishes and the cleaning.
Tip File a tip that catches, like a natural nail.
Take them off gently
- Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water.
- Apply the glue remover around the edges.
- Lift each nail slowly from the side. If it resists, soak a little longer.
Tip Never pull or pry: patience keeps your natural nails looking good.
Wear them again
- Clean the glue or tab off the back of each nail.
- Store them in their box, in size order.
