Our policy

We accept returns within 30 days on unopened sets.

How to ask for a return

  2. Tell us which setThe unopened set you are sending back, or what went wrong with your order (a damaged box, a design you did not order): a photo helps.
  3. We email you the next stepsWithin one business day.

Good to know

Returns are for unopened sets: once a set has been opened, it can no longer be returned.
